Hamilton, Bermuda The Bermuda National Trust 1971 First Edition Hardcover Good Fair
198 pages. "The first comprehensive study of Bermudian Antiques 1612-1830. As cedar was indigenous, most furniture was made of it until Mahogany was imported c. 1700... Includes 458 black and white photographs and measurements from homes all over Bermuda. These show that although the English, Americans and Spanish influenced Bermudian design, the Bermudians made furniture and silver distinctly and charmingly their own." - from dust jacket.
